Overview

By purchasing and using Lovelink Duo ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. These are kept simple and human-readable on purpose - we respect your time.

License

Each purchase of Lovelink Duo grants a license for two people (a couple) to use the App on their personal devices. This is a one-time purchase that includes free updates for the lifetime of the product.

Your license covers you and your partner. Each person may install the App on their own devices. You don't need to buy it twice.

No Redistribution or Resale

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your copy of Lovelink Duo with anyone outside of the two licensed users. This includes:

  • Sharing your license key or download link publicly
  • Uploading the App to file-sharing platforms
  • Reselling or giving away your license to other couples

There is no DRM in Lovelink Duo - we trust our users. This rule is based on the honor system, and we appreciate you respecting it.

Acceptable Use

Lovelink Duo is designed for personal, private communication between two consenting adults. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or in any way that could damage the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lovelink Duo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to keep the App running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovelink Duo and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to the service if these terms are violated - for example, if a license is being redistributed. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
